Google Play is a global market for Android applications, including games, so therefore if you want your applications to get as much as possible downloads/users, you need to upload on the play store for more audience.
I will show you different steps on how to upload applications on the Google Play console.
First, you need the get some requirements listed below.
1. App icon: An icon showing the image related to your app is required. And it Should not be more than 512 * 512. Most times, png images are needed.
The app icon will be displayed to users on the play store. Don't copy another person's picture from anywhere. You can make free icons on canva.com.
To reduce the size of your picture, visit photoresizer.com.
2. Screenshots of the app you want to upload on Google play.
Open your app screenshot the homepage and another page at least four. The screenshot can be of any size or pixel.
3. Featuring image: You can pick from your screenshot and reduce the size to 1024 * 500
4. App name: choose a word related to your app to get approved, don't use pornographic or violence name to prevent your app rejection.
5. Privacy policy URL: in most cases, the privacy policy is not that compulsory but for your safety, upload it.
Because it makes Google Knows that you're the legal owner of the app.
You can generate a privacy policy for free if you don't have one before.
